Resident Evil 4: 1 Million Shipped on Wii

Capcom has announced that they have shipped 1 million copies of Resident Evil 4 for the Wii. Originally released back in 2005 for the Gamecube, Resident Evil 4 continues to sell well on every platform it has been ported to including the PS2, PC, and now the Wii.
With games like Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles and the recently announced Monster Hunter 3 in development, great sales like this should only strengthen Capcom’s commitment to the Wii.

don’t forget that a port of okami is coming to the wii. In an interview with capcom, the dude (whoever he is… i’m not good with names) said he was definently most interested in okami for wii out of all the upcoming games. in this interview he mentioned bionic man, zach and wiki (i think) and Resident evil 5. Okami must be perty sick to pass up those games… although i’m not sure if he included RE5 in the mix or not.
