Multi-purpose portage for Xbox 360: XCM 360 XFPS

If the creators of this next product can make this a reliable way to port different control schemes into the Xbox, nothing on earth would stop pro gamers from mastering Gears of War. The group is soon to release what you could call a multi-purpose port for the XBox 360.

Called the XCM 360 XFPS, the doohickey allows gamers to plug in and use keyboards, mice, and PS2 Dual Shock controllers for actual gaming use with 360.

DNS issues plaguing the Wii?

Here’s a question for all you lucky people out there who already have Wiis in your hands. Have you ever encountered DNS problems when trying to connect to the Wii store?

See, some guys from Ars Technica ran into a wall when they tried to do just that. They couldn’t view the EULA that’s necessary before you can buy virtual console games, and every time they tried, they just got an error 220602 message. (more…)
