Some of you may have read BigLou’s post in the wii60 show bombshelter stating the show was dead. Really, it was not, but he apparently thought that he had to be part of the show for it to continue. After some thought, it is probably in the sites best interests to move on, and so we are. This is the rebirth of Wii60 Live! The idea for a live and ultra interactive podcast is now being fully realized.

Wii60 Live will bring on a new level of member interaction which, previously was not possible. Chat with fellow members while listening to the LIVE show. Got a question or comment? With our new live podcast, skip the mailbag and ask it live on the show either by voice or text!

All you need is the Msn-like program Skype. It is of no cost and comes spyware/adware free. This show will be private to members only. The links to each live episode will be distributed in a members only accessible forum. For the beta however, I ask that you PM me (NewBornThreat) for the link.

The Beta will begin at 5:30 EST today. This will provide ample time for you to download the program and request the link. If no interest is shown, this will not happen. I will update the front page with the status of the show. Hope you guys enjoy!

A lot of people constantly tell me that print is dead. I always have to disagree and it is getting quite tiring. How do you guys view the state of todays major gaming publications?

It seems I have made an error with the dates of this event. MLK weekend snuck up on me, apparently. Something caused me to believe MLK weekend started the 26th, not the 19th like I had originally thought.

As we delve deeper into the “digital era�, one must make a decision of whether disks are of that much importance to them. As far as I am concerned, If I am going to shell out $60 for a full game or 20-30 dollars for an expansion, I’m going to want a case, disk and manual to boot. Even if its a case of discounted pricing favoring the digital download, a hard copy is pretty much a must for me.So, do you see yourself moving the way of the digital download or do you wish to stick to the tried and true methods of gaming distribution?
